Emailing ensures that all your commission related contact and information is in one place so it wont get lost or missed! I cannot guarantee I will see DM's or instant messages, and tend to lose things easily if they are sent in those places.
I do not solicit commissions by messaging people on any platform asking them to commission me. I may post com advertisements in sales groups on FB, Telegram, or Discord server promo channels but will always direct people in those posts to my coms website and provide my email for contact.
I will always direct people who DM me about commissions on any platform to email clubgalaxyart@protonmail.com instead.
I do not use discord or telegram to message people about commissions unless they are close personal friends and those people know who they are.
Please be aware that if you would like a commission by a certain date, you must order it at least 1 (one) month before that date to ensure it is finished on time!
Also please note, there are TWO different forms linked for different commission types! Please make sure you click the order button below the commission type you want so you are taken to the correct form for that commission type!
Order Submission Info
If you do not receive an email within 48 hours after the form closes, your commission has not been chosen.
Forms are deleted between each opening for privacy protection, so your information and ideas are not kept.
You're always welcome to resubmit your commission idea next time I open.
Prices
My prices are in GBP - UK POUNDS.
All invoices are requested in GBP. Paypal automatically converts your payment from your currency to GBP for you.
What I Won't Draw
If you are unsure if I will draw what you want, and can't find it on this list but suspect it may be an issue, please email me before ordering a commission.
Extreme violence, gore, realistic guns, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email me before ordering work that contains these themes.

Currency Converter
Commercial Work
Work being commissioned with the intent of it's use in a commercial manner is subject to further licencing fees. These are negotiable and will depend on length of time the art is being used for, what it is being used for, and prospective profit from what it's being used to sell. Please email to discuss before ordering a commission.Extras
Private Commission: This incurs a fee of +15% of the total commission price.
Complication Charge
For works that contain a complicated character, background or prop, there may be an extra charge of 20% of the total price of the commission to cover the extra time taken drawing those elements.
I will contact you if this is the case so you can decide if you'd still like to go ahead with the commission, change your idea, or cancel.
Discounts
To get a discount you MUST enter the discount code into the discount code field or additional comments field in the order form! If this is not done no discount will be applied and you will pay full price even if your order is eligible for a discount!
Discounts apply to the specific commission type they are listed for.
